in case you havent noticed tryzo, theres already a topic set up explaining why our popularity is so lo and its because we dont get enough exp from matches.

Good idea. Let's have the exact same people be champions forever and have all 10 matches be exactly the same every week so our popularity goes up! Who cares that that's entirely stupid and unfair? It's Tryzo's opinion so we should listen. Especially since it isn't a "personnal" attack.

Also, don't create new threads for things that alread have threads.

Matts right everyone has to have 2 matches in the season this can back me up into having to hold ufair matches because everyone else of an equal calibar is booked for a match, just so you know this isn't a 'personal attack' but remember Tryzo when you signed the contract you commited to this roster so stop insulting mymatch making abilities and start helping us build a better roster.

we got too much wrestler...i don't know everything about GM,but a roster of 30 wrestlers will not be good?

ok i wanted a roster of only 30 but i was recieveing too many messages asking for contracts. i recived 52 out of 64 messages were asking me for contracts once

and now you know who really play and came on the forum......don't re-sign the others when the time will come

Yeah, you can have a minimum of 30 wrestlers in a roster, but I have been told that you take a popularity hit for having less than 50. So it is possible that while having the minimum amount of wrestlers to create a show may lead to being able to have better matches it could also possibly negate any additional popularity that would create.

I think Muzza is doing a good job. Just remember that it is a learning experience and things are still changing a lot. Also, Muzza's hands are tied in some aspects. I'm sure if we are all patient we will get a lot better. We have a solid roster here. Just give it some time.

Maybe their contracts expired and they haven't been on to re-sign yet. I know mine just expired today.

listen fella's i dont know about you, but i know very little about putting togeather this show, but i bet is hard work. So i say we should leave Muzza, Matt and Era alone. If anyone thinks they can do better then i suggest asking for your release and applying to be a GM yourself.

Honestly I have felt some frustration. But it isnt due to Muzza, Matt, or Era RP has never really taken off here and attempts at creating storylines have been weak.

I have some suggestions, if you all our interested:

- Forum work Set the forum up so that it is more user freindly and a little better defined. I am quite decent working with Proboards and have toyed around with something.

You dont have to use this but I like the layout better there as things are divived up more cleanly.
Also I can change the following:
1) Emoticons
2) Avatars
3) Custom Profile Backgrounds
4) Pictures for boards
5) and a lot more

We can adjust colors and it has its own live chat.

- Role Play - Role Play needs to be more of a deciding factor in developing matches. Sure it is great to be on the popularity list, but not at the expense of having fun. I know that Muzza, Matt Locker, Uncle Sam, and myself have all tried to create factions with little successs. Role play is often done in one or two lines.
Would suggest not renewing any contract if people are not involved in the RP. Also start looking to make this the strongest RP fed. I think that would provide the most entertainment.

- Require promos if you want matches. This will encourage people to get involved. Short of the contract gauranteed matches then you need to step up and earn any further matches.

- If interested I can also due a thread on proper RP ettiwuette and methods.

You dont have to accept these ideas. They are only my point of view. I am willing to help. I am 33 with a job, and many responsibilites so I dont have time to be a GM. But if you want I can do foum work.

Take time to check out the proboard I created, and if interested I can do a lot more with it and will show you.

I agree in some part with you mongo. I don't think it's any of the organizer's faults. RPing would be great and following those would help storylines.

Liking your work Mongo, it makes it easy to know when people should be in character, and will hopefully stop people taking things the wrong way when some one is RPG'ing.

I also agree that not enoygh of the roster use this forum and i think that those who dont should have less matches.

Hopefully Muzza likes the forum. I still have a lot to do on it. I have no idea of the capability of this type of forum but do believe the layout is a little to clustered.

A few additional notes on the forum.

- Muzza would recieve an admin position
- You have the option to show the 10 most recent posts. I love this.
- The calander, and news ticker are extremely useful if used properly.

Yeah I will set you as an admin.

I would suggest maybe a week to finalize the board before a full switch. That way we can get everything set up. I will set a temp thread for board discussion. This will allow everything to be ready and have a smooth switch.

Would I have admin status for the Oval Office?
